and denigrate a great and honourable man such as Arthur Lipper a man held in high regard by
his peers in the finance industry .
Arthur Lipper Corporation ,received a 12 month SUSPENSION in 1975 ,for conducting OTC
business at less than NYSE commission rates and competing for business on a price basis
by charging lower commissions.
