A CEO with listed company experience would be fundamental, also with that experience in the high tech arena of the USA since that is where this needs to be. But more critically, expertise or at lease experience in AI and advanced computing and neural nets, and even more - a background commercializing leading edge tech products. That to me would be the key.
I wonder if there is some sort of internal power play because there has always been enough funds to hire such a CEO? Either that of the indecision I hinted at before which is a cancer to a high tech company.
