Rollup rollup friends,hear the shocking story of Arthur Lipper and the crime of the
century(last century) ,more evil than Lex luthor.
His crime(brace your self) was conducting OTC business at less than NYSE
commission rates/rules and competing for business on a price basis by charging lower
commissions.
How dare he return commissions to his clients
For doing this evil deed(good deed IMO
from trading.
Juancarlos ,perhaps if you research back to his childhood you may find
something equally shocking.
