Webjet was a reverse take over of Roper River Resources to a tech travel company.
Webjet is an online booking service founded by the former CEO of the highly successful Jetset Travel.
BRN is a hardware company run by someone who doesn't appear to have had any previous experience as a CEO. Peter's last venture vCIS was sold to ISS for USD20 million in 2002 and written off in 2003. According to the ISS annual report vCIS (led by Peter) were unable to make the security technology work.
