    nett tangible assets at 31 may after tax aus 16.2 cents pre tax 18 cents

    = nz 17 cents 19 cents

    last trade in nz 14.5 cents 14.5 cents

    looks like a bargain in nz cents

    seller must be desperate or my reasoning is silly

    mvt year ends 30 june. should be good report for us
