Reading that is like staring into the psyche of an insane woman! Wouldn't you run a few truck loads to test the concept before signing up for Mill leases, etc? And if it didn't work then consider portable crusher/ underground? And if they didn't add up then move onto other areas?

The only other possibility is the deliberate vandalism of the company? 'The fish is stinking from the head!'

This was why I disappeared for six months before I have come back. Too bewildering!
