Q and A business model - quality of apps - volumes do not equal profits - constant need for marketing and advertising and need to procure customers - unknown as to who all these experts are

Over payment for Track $40m plus with earn out (private company) and generous vendor terms and interest

The latest CN - more debt and dilution with 30 month timeframe

Silence on all launches and new apps progress over past 9 or so months

Level of debt and vendor finance at 15% extended for another year

2 quarters of earnings under performance below presentations expectations March 2016 and June 2016
