Pretty much correct on all counts except for the clinical trials.
They are conducting it for PLT101 a CBD/THC medication that in phase I showed greater bioavailability and blood distribution compared with the massive GW pharmaceutical sativex (worth billions).

This is what they are doing phase II trials in epilepsy, MS etc at the moment

With regards to CR hopefully will get increased revenue from current sales of CBD pills and hopefully production from first crops will avoid the need for CR but these things are sometimes necessary
