Valuation is about $8.75, currently trading on speculation of there Shopping centre disruption doing well, then you look at what percentage of there margins are finance income based - take that and look at what ASIC have been doing and the changes that will be made on Flex commission and insurances surrounding CCI - then there is where the issue is in my opinion - currently overvalued. great company potential is enormous for growth but right now OV - no down ramping intended just facts. technically wise, watching very close for a trade and bounce from around here.
