Can see why you are paranoid about being taken out too early
Had a quick look this morning on some of the recent deals over the last 5-6 years Bio and BD have done with Tech they want and here are just a few
Biofire $450M
Handylab $275M
Accuri $200M
I am sure there are plenty more but it does illustrate if you got the goods they are prepared to take you out.
It also illustrates there is plenty of upside left too from these levels
FDA approved is huge for the tech and a $200-$300MC is not unrealistic IMO
