That is not even close to breakeven.
Exactly how is 4m units off the scale??
Break even is way above this number and with the new cost base and zillion performance and incentive shares 4m would be more like a disaster than off the scale.
This product is in the two biggest retailers in the states , tens of thousands of POS, and you are still talking baby figures
