I see, so cluttering up with small buys to keep it low? I get how that would work. But why not just buy in at that level then instead of holding it down longer. Unless you have insufficient cash to buy in yet? They are already holding and yet selling off 1 share at a time, why not hold if going up? Genuinely perplexed as to how it works. If we can figure it out, maybe we can collectively try it (wink, wink, nudge, nudge). Just joking - or am I?
