Correct me if I'm wrong
U at least need to have your AFSL license, plus a sht load of capital funds to be screw around with the market... and a massive upfront fee to acquire asx platform that gives u said privileges .. on the plus side u also get the ability to retail ur share broking services to cover ur sunk costs.. so in essence ur either must be a bank or an insto to get this unfair advantage.
