You will need to understand, ASX is not really a regulator - it has been argued for a long time that ASX is a business. Unfortunately, this industry is not well regulated. According to this 2012 article, trade parasites are feeding at the heart of ASX;

We are all in the hands of robot technology - people knowing how to work the system wins. My approach is to think long-term. On average I hold my investments for 9 years - I have a healthy (green) investment portfolio and have always made good profits.
Not worried at all, because my stats tells me long-term I will be fine.
