I wondered about this too....all I can offer~ which you probably already know~ is that the substantial holders list contains only Meir Molem, Yonatan Shrama, and Meidad Parient. Each is shown with about 18% (219 333 333~though MM has one extra share!).......so 54% among the three. The arithmetics of this, seem to imply a a market cap of 121.85 million, while Morningstar says 109 million............

Probably showing my ignorance here...always willing to learn
