For what it is worth for anyone concerned about SAS needing to do a CR to finance the rest of the constellation, a CR is highly unlikely to be the financing method of choice. A CR to fund something so costly would obviously cause significant dilution and I believe management would no doubt be wary of that as it affects their wealth at the end of the day as well.

It is far more plausible that the next wave of satellites will be financed using debt instruments, with the interest payments paid for in part by the income generated from the 3 diamonds, allowing the company to avoid dreaded dilution.
