No offence I was just a touch exasperated, my example of WIN was that in the case of Creasy the blockers agenda doesn't always align with common share holders agenda.

On WIN most people didn't actually realize, that the deal actually involved 3 pieces of land one held by WIN, other buy BUX and one 100% by creasy himself, the rumored nickel discovery took place on creasy's 100% privately owned land.

So when the offer came in ir came with Creasy publicly announcing he was taking it, most holdera assumed his agenda aligned with theirs and also quickly took the deal, when actually he is the chief beneficiary.

I just think in any situation we can't rely on these major holders to have their agenda's aligned with our, cause it can be a dangerous assumption.
