If Teck want to buy AZS out wholly, which would be their preference if they were sure or even confident, of a big Cu find, they don't want to pay for the type of open ended resources (Ag and Au) that isn't their primary focus.
The Teck option expires at a defined time, and then it reverts to AZS.
Not the other way around.
Just a guess, but if anyone would be feeling the pressure it is Teck.
I agree that the lack of news flow with Promontorio is a bit aggravating, but even if the worst happens, we've got resources we can exploit with Cascada as an open pit operation.
