The retraction clearly shows the market saw there was no fire behind all this smoke, and without EMC well CWE would be as as useful as a CETO 5.

Yep, any value in CWE is in the EnergyMadeClean operation. Wave energy part is slightly more valuable than EVM's kilometre high tubes or GDY's 5km deep holes.
