it is unclear as to whether the atm numbers have declined, or they have used the average during that period... one part says average, then below it, it says 365 active... so it may be correct...

however, atm contracts are generally for five years... so it can occur where they either lost a contract, or, willingly withdrew some atm's, where there was lower transaction numbers, in order to place it in another location shortly with much better forecast transaction numbers.

after speaking with todd last week, i certainly have no concerns at all re the growing atm numbers, this year will be significant on that front, and the indue transaction is unconditional as disclosed, just delayed.
