$15m in debt from where kepo?

they have been given approval/access to up to $15m debt... nothing has been drawndown on that as yet. $6.5m will be drawn down for the indue purchase, which will consist of goodwill, minor fixed assets (i'd assume) and trading stock.... it will make them over $1.7m EBITDA per annum, along with invaluable network access.

if you're going to sling mud at something, maybe get your facts right first...
