Brahmin Capital and HML will have "mark to market" KPIs on their investments.
If the price falls too far below their entry price they will buy small volumes towards the end of the day to push the price up again.
Rumour swirling at the moment (from someone at SIO) is that Brahmin and HML are both very keen to exit but can't find a willing buyer above $0.20 for their block.
Apparently the Simonds family has gone cold on the idea of a bid and is happy to let it wither on the vine now.
Interesting to read the BIS Report today that dwelling starts will fall 33% over the next four years.
