Management need to let go their ego and settle...listen to shareholders....I am not saying who is right or wrong here, there is always 2 sides to a story....settle now, no need to say anything or admit guilt and move on before all the dirt is dished out in court and I am sure some credibility will be lost and it will take a long time for investor to forget and invest back in the stock...by then its too late, damage is done !
