At 2.8c our current MC is $25M. Don't forget, we also have a US$17.5M (~AU$23M) CN liability, which may well trigger repayment if a T/O occurred. (Pure speculation on my part, but a distinct possibility, depending on the terms of the CN.)
In any case KDR would need to see min. value of ~$50M for POS (incl. debt) as it stands right now and Twiggy (who holds a blocking stake) would need to give it his blessing. I doubt he would let it go for that. But he might be tempted if he wants "in" on a Li play in the form of KDR, if the deal was structured the right way.
Twiggy hasn't showed his hand re- POS in recent times. The time might be nearing in which he might be forced to, if POS is to survive.
