It's a difference in our personalities Zeb. I am aware you are more accepting of others views and do so "quietly" whilst I am inclined at times, prudently or otherwise I realize, to voice an opinion... Not necessarily the most popular option with everyone, but sometimes feel compelled/inclined so to do ... "dominate, control, or exert my authority" ??? I don't think so. Can't one say something in disagreement or disapproval? Why is this domination? I agree with your approach most of the time certainly, but just not all the time
