Howdy Doodie Troy,

I read your (subsequently) modded post this morning before the dreaded punitive act .... Haha, don't worry, not returning to the pulpit ...

My angle is, I put myself in (any) management's position and cheap/name calling swipes just aren't constructive and frankly hardly likely (assuming they read this) to inspire any leadership to consider performing better. So my "gripes" are more at the way things are said rather than the mere fact of saying something "anti-management". For instance, your own comments above I like because there is a constructive ideas attempt made within them.  

So I hope that clarifies things a little in the anti-Kip crusade camp ))  (only kidding!)
