These notices are all very interesting as are the statements regarding flaring, but is it not correct that there is no approval in place for the extraction of a regulated substance? If there is an announcement of an approval to move to stage 2 of stage 3 of the process, is it not correct that communities impacted have the right to nominate independent science at the expense of LCK as part of the process, and also that state development is awaiting the final outcome of the Linc Energy Qld damages case ( Chinchilla)
Its all very exciting but perhaps flaring, a pipeline to moomba etc are quite premature given the regulatory process in place. Also, as was anticipated in February what is the status of the Heads of Agreement with Shanghai Electric that was anticipated as being confirmed or is that history?
