Yes there is still a lot to go through but you have to make some assumptions along the way.

Mine is that the environmental base lines are going to show that the current land and water tables are far from prestige.

In regards to Parnell - be read it and he raises some valid points but they are very much one sided and it remains that this is needed. Site selection is key and I believe based on the initial technical report (helluva read) that we have that here.
