IMO the share price is languishing because production quantity updates are non existant. I'm not sure if the short term numbers I have heard have came from the CR docs or water cooler talk (don't have time to look back right now, so I wont list them here), but different figures are now floating around from various sources.

I believe that the company has been very reasonable in openness to enquiries, but it appears to me that the gap between that information and the announcement platform information is possibly widening and is due for re-alignment.

I don't see a problem with monthly updates to comfort the market that tangible progress is occurring. This is a start-up, where the environment is both dynamic and volatile, and hence would benefit from a higher frequency of updates.
