Your post is incorrect.
The ASX decided at the last minute that they wanted a working model before the listing could go ahead.
That's a pretty crazy requirement in the tech industry, but NUH went ahead and fulfilled this requirement before listing.
Quite a different story to what your post suggests - I suspect your post is close to defamatory.
