Never given any thought on this point. Thinking most tech spec doesn't require this as a matter of fact how to you apply this to listing pharma/med specs? As a matter of fact applies to whole small cap sector. So many start ups are concept based...no proven track record...thinking software/mining/ consumer staples/financuals...on and on.
