Hang on S! He's told you what he's doing...not what he's done. Further there are others resizing as well...not all sophs...others are instos...what do they care...not their money. So not sure what you call it but when I see months of small package feeds into the sell line which are algo driven...I call it capping with a capital C whether it's nefarious or just resizing exposure. Outcome is same...falling SP.
Fun part is debating the how and why.
