All of these have been mooted or are already underway. Yes, the NUH exec team are pretty low profile and not prone to making excessive announcements, but I imagine at some point in time the above items will be communicated to the market.

Like many of you I have a current investment loss on paper, but stressing on an hourly or even daily basis about the SP is counter productive. The NUH team are proven performers (DYOR on Sensear) so there's no reason to surmise that something serious is amiss or there's trouble at t'mill.

you could add a couple more points:
Directors buying
Initial dividend. (could just be 0.002 it would only cost 1.2mil)

These two alone would be broadcast across the ASX investor sphere and restore a great deal of confidence.
