Raising above the share price is a badge of honour - granted in this case the price fell afterwards, but it demonstrates the demand for the stock which otherwise couldn't be gotten on market - too tightly held etc.. this is basic ECM stuff.
As for the price 'collapsing' give it a rest will ya? The whole world's nervous about overvalued toppy markets, Trump, Brexit, UK elections, terrorism, debt levels, bond yield-curves and we're in a tech startup stcok - what the hell do you expect, fireworks every day? Oh, and it's June.
