My hope is that TSN/DWX remain focussed on the areas that are already bringing in steady repeatable business revenue, rather than looking at other sectors (ex blockchain) for potential acquisitions, which in my view could be costly & very time consuming to get off the ground. A sustainable and profitable business is what the company needs to prove first and foremost and I must say I am very encouraged with the progress the company have made to date. Note, they only acquired DWX in August last year if memory serves me well.
The next realistic goal (at least in my eyes) I'd like to see them tick off is for DWX to hit the $4m mark in revenue per annum milestone, all while keeping costs down and margins on par or hopefully slightly higher. Is that an achievable target within a timeframe of 6-12 months since the acquisition? Well, if all has remained on track and they haven't had any clients drop off etc then this could be an attainable target. Remember, DWX were averaging approximately $3.3m revenue per annum over three years prior to the acquisition. I don't think a target of $4m in revenue per annum is too much of a stretch within that time frame I mentioned above. But for all this we'll have to wait and see.
