Nice volume yesterday, 224k, sellers getting impatient and taking profits, buyers probably looking for the longer term profits.

Perhaps I should’t follow the daily share price movements, although it is fun to watch. End of 2018, that’s where I’m aiming at.

EOS already communicated an order backlog of 170 million to 2020. End of year order backlog expected to exceed 500 million aud for R-400S-Mk2 weapon system. Profit margin 10%+. RWS are used in combat, so in the years ahead many of the the weapons will return to EOS for maintenance and repair. The company mentioned during the AGM that the profit margin of maintenance costs will be “substantial”. It’s called aftersales, the reason why car company’s are profitable. Net profit on the projected order book therefore could exceed 75 million aud. Marketcap 181 million.

Looking further ahead, they expect 2,2 billion USD in sales for the R-400S-Mk2 weapon system in the next five years.

Early next year they expect orders for the EOS R2000 Remote Turret System, global market size > US$11b from 2018-2025, management estimate, and 20% market share.

And last, EOS Space systems. The potential market for data is large, >$2b from 2019-2029 based on customer budgets, according to the company. Orders are expected to kick in end of 2018.

EOS management has all the incentives to deliver. They own 5,5 million options, exercisable on or before 31 januari 2019, fully paid. Announced 11/2/2016, when the stock traded at 1,14. Exercise price 3,00.
