The market depth has looked a lot worse then this through various times of the year, and yet the 20 cent make has only been breached a few times, and that was intra day.
There's a rather large buy order sitting at 21 cents, I wouldn't be surprised if that's a certain individual posting on this forum, and I'm not referring to AFU.
