That article is ridiculous , the resolutions are all about the company offering directors options where the strike price is 25% higher than current, no money changes hands and all directors have to pay to have these options exercised, and the money then comes into the company.
No exercise, no options, no money into AUZ , accounting viewpoint is a "loan"
