This is a prime roll-up play in my view.
I've been buying as it trades under three cents for the last little while.
Once some of the notes are converted, we will see a higher MC but also reduction in debt. This might make a few small cap analysts a tad happier. Debt in micro-caps is usually not a positive sign.
In this case though the nature of the business and companies they are aquiring have such logical and immediate synergies.
A few more quarterlies on track and this stock will be on many more radars.
