Anyone here have any insight on the Mining Licence process in Mozambique? There was a post back in Jan about just waiting till after the new minister of mineral resources to be sworn in early Feb. I can't seem to find any information about this (doesn't help that most info is in Portuguese), and news articles seem to indicate he was appointed way back in Dec. I'm a little worried they are going to get bold ideas like in Tanzania. But most indications are that the new minister is a liberal economist, so fingers crossed.
Anyone here have any insight on the Mining Licence process in...
