As you say, we have been here before. The best predictor of future behaviour is past behaviour. To sit back and hope that Prana changes the way it does business is not exactly an investment strategy. And I say this not in criticism of you, because I am in exactly the same boat. I didnt sell because i didnt want to crystallise losses (and because i had hope).
I dont know what the sellers know. But what I do know is that I have never experienced a company less apparently concerned with the fate of its small retail holders.
