I think that this sell off has been happening after positive news rather than before coming negative news, but who knows the coming negative news. 10 days ago Prana informed about this B. Riley FBR China Healthcare Investment & Partnering Symposium and 20 days ago was presented a new study : The new experimental data demonstrate that in an animal model of multiple system atrophy, PBT434 prevents α-synuclein accumulation, preserves neurons and decreases the number of glial cell inclusions in the brains of treated animals.
Prana told that the new study was a price sensitive information but in reality it was not, neither was the China meeting. But I think that they were positive news.
What could be the negative news coming? I do not know but part of the reaction we have seen could be explained by the similar reaction in many stock markets seen all over the world.
