Unlikely IMO. The oppies will trade at a premium to the heads give the distant expiry date as Sm1 has mentioned. Don't forget that conversion doesn't happen instantly, so even if there was a short period where converting the options to shares was more profitable then selling as options that could be reversed by the time the exercise is processed.
I expect there will be some cheap oppies for sale when they are released with people taking free money but It shouldn't impact the price of the heads.
