Definitely does. But you as an investor have to apply risk potential future value as well. Look at FBR's burn rate. Incredible at the moment with not a single in revenue. I am still of the belief that the potential upside outweighs the downside now. MC hovering around $160m. Still a very long way to go for FBR. Lets not forget, Hadrian hasn't even been tested out on a live construction site. Automation works great in a controlled environment. Robots have been around for decades now in factories floors.
