Just on performance, I think some people above have the numbers very wrong. 8% over 5 years isn't correct at all.
Their latest report showed 17.3% per annum, after all fees and costs and including dividends.
However I must agree about the fees. They are super high.
What makes me feel better here is alignment - Alex Waislitz owns around 30% of this company, and has stated he will buy more if the share price to NTA gap doesn't close.
