Im tipping the Minority Shareholders keep getting bigger. I bought more shares today. I think Z are discussing the valuation report and trying to find holes. If they were going to pull out, they would have done so by now and so i think logic should prevail and they will negotiate; on the balance of probabilities. Any business half its salt would recognise that by now, both parties have shown their hand on what they are to expect - Z will now say, given how much we've spent and the cost to fight, we should just come to a compromise and wrap this up. They know Bermuda will force them to negotiate, so now it's the old 'prisoner's dilemna' to negotiation. i will keep buying

just wonder whether there's similar case about class action in Bermuda court before? Is the order to force both party keep negotiating the only possible rule-out?
