I just can’t understand how they think we would be happy with the same price genorah got but no free carry like they get?
They squeezed the extra 2c out of genorah as they were so money stuck and got it down from 12c to the 10c level plus the free carry, they let the price drop down to much lower, suspension happens and then go oh yeah 8c is a great offer. Oh minorities aren’t happy wth 8c, ok try 10c
12c should have been the starting offer as this was the original genorah offer if they wanted to go bare minimum
The independent directors are a joke and by no means care for shareholders best interest telling us one thing about share price then using it as he offer benchmark in the report

While on the share price topic, bafffles me there are people offloading at 9c etc this close to the meeting/amalgamation etc
Why not wait and take 10c ina couple of weeks? Or pay a small fee and fight for higher outcome?
