Waiting game because there is no revenue.....so cap raise for sure, watch the news roll out and viola..time to pass the cap around. Why would there be buying interest with a CR pretty much certain this year. Oh but we need to fund the new battery/poc tech.....ahem "new" you say? tongue in cheek.
