would be nice if they did what NLS is doing, ie rights issue + share placement, with existing holders having priority on the sp over non holders.... I'll take what I can get with ARQ....
You can always buy more now if you think it is being held down... cause if it is then it will go up once the maniulation stops... the way I look at it, might as well take advantage of the big boys games and buy some yourself (if you are confident about what is happening), and take some of their spoils, than sit back complaining about it, and missing out when they have stopped their games and the sp takes off ;)
