Agree, (Nov 2016) the Nea denial wasn't good and the price suffered for about 15 months afterward, but may have been because negotiations where at a critical point (conjecture). But when they did the raise they illustrated clearly why, how and where it would take them...
...and so it came to pass.

Not sure if LVT will need that capital injection down the track, but whether they do or not, it feels like they are on a similar track to those other two. I know very little of Atlassian so won't comment.
